We work with individuals, cities, non-profits and cultural agencies to support and promote the arts and artists in communities. We create arts curricula for schools and families. We pull stakeholders and artists together to create grant-funded cultural tourism websites and smartphone tours. KPAN consultants and Community Scholars Judy Sizemore and Joanna Hay are the grant writing/technology team who bring the arts to communities to engage children, college students and families.
